Kristin partners with hospitality, entertainment, and non-profit organizations to intentionally design, align and activate their dream company culture and coach high-potential and emerging executives to expand their impact and effectiveness. Kristin has deep expertise in global employee engagement and how to empower leaders to close feedback loops and take action.
